- · What time can I enter the room? Check-in will be from 13:00 and check-out will be until 10:00.
- Is the hotel entrance open at night? You can enter and leave the hotel at any time of day or night. Our reception is open 24 hours a day.
- What do I need to do to ensure I get a room with a sea view? You must book a Sea View room. You can also request a room upgrade by email. We will inform you about any supplements and availability.
- Is it possible to book without a credit card? For online bookings through our hotel website, we only accept credit/debit cards. If you request it by email, you can also confirm your booking via bank transfer.
- • What credit cards are accepted? VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO. We do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS.
- What does the NON-REFUNDABLE rate mean? This rate is the most economical, because it does not allow changes or cancellations without charges, which will be 100%, meaning that under no circumstances will a refund be given.
